Position Overview

FedEx Ground is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers through our Independent Service Provider (ISP) network. You will operate a step van or cargo van along a designated local route, delivering residential and commercial packages safely and on schedule. This is a physically active, customer-facing role ideal for dependable professionals who take pride in accurate, timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial delivery vehicle safely through assigned neighborhood and business routes.
• Scan, sort, and deliver 80–150 packages per day to residential and commercial addresses.
• Use FedEx handheld technology to capture delivery confirmations and real-time tracking data.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections per DOT standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous communication at every stop.

Qualifications & Benefits

Must be 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license and clean MVR. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use a hand truck for heavier items. Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. ISP contractors offer competitive hourly pay, weekly schedules, and performance bonuses.
