Position Overview

FedEx is hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from residential and business shipping customers. You will troubleshoot tracking issues, process claims, schedule pickups, and provide rate quotes using FedEx proprietary systems. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, and account issues.
